1. Free Shipping is available on all orders with a total value of Rs. 2,999/- or above.

2. A delivery charge of Rs. 199/- will apply to all orders below Rs. 2,999/-.

3. Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be dispatched on         the same day through a registered courier service.

4. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed and dispatched on the following        working day.

5. Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed             and dispatched on the next working day.

6. Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 working days. (No deliveries are                 made on Sundays.) During busy shopping seasons or mega sale events, delivery             may take up to 7 working days.

7. For orders valued at Rs. 50,000/- or above, a 20% advance payment is required.          Our customer support team will contact you after order confirmation to provide the      payment information and account details.
